University/college application fees paid directly to institutions.

Visa application charges, medical examinations, and biometric fees.

Government/immigration charges.

Service charges for completed consultation sessions.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Service Not Delivered: If a client has paid for a service that was not initiated or delivered by One Career Global.

Duplicate Payment: If a client has accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same service.

Cancellation Before Processing: If a client cancels a service before One Career Global has begun work, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative fees.
4. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Admission or visa refusal due to false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

Change of mind or personal circumstances (e.g., financial issues, family matters, change of plans).

Delays or rejections caused by third parties (universities, embassies, immigration authorities, etc.).

5. Processing of Refunds
